BTG High elastic rubber alloy couplings
For a long time, in some kinds of power equipment system, such as locomotive, excavators, cranes, heavy truck, compressor, generators and other kinds of power plant, Shafting torsional vibration is caused because of uneven output torque. If traditional elastic coupling is used for a long time, it is easy to cause the rubber elastic fatigue damage, the torsional strength of the elastic body and the maximum torque decrease, which cause elastic descent not only in the reverse direction but also in the axial, radial and angle direction. So in shafting of transmission mechanism, it is necessary to change the elastic coupling frequently because the misalignment error caused in the process of installation and operation cannot be well compensated and elastomer absorbent is influenced by work environment.
BTG high elastic rubber alloy couplings comprises the input shaft flange, elastomer, output connection plate and the output connector. The internal gearing circular-arc trapezoidal tooth surfaces engagement with the external gearing circular-arc trapezoidal tooth surfaces along the axial taper slip fit. The elastomeric plate is coupled with the output connection plate (5) as a whole of high-strength. Elastomer is a new type engineering composite material, the curvature radius of the two axial end face concave R is 40 ~ 60mm. Embedded with a steel wire ring, the torsional strength is enhanced and the torsion angle is controlled in the appropriate range. Elastomer can adaptively adjust and compensate installation misalignment error, which greatly reduce the unbalanced torque in the process of power transfer.
