Currently, small and medium-sized water lubricated rubber alloy bearing has been unable to meet the requirements of bearing capacity of large mechanical and electrical equipments, especially the high-power marine propulsion system. Small and medium-sized water lubricated rubber alloy bearings generally use integral type, however, if the large water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose size of shaft diameter is greater than 300 millimeter uses this structure type, it will produce many problems in the aspect of vulcanization process such as it will produce bubbles in the process of vulcanization and the vulcanizing temperature is difficult to control, besides, large water lubricated rubber alloy bearing which uses integral type is not conducive to water lubricated rubber bearing assembly and maintenance. Therefore, the lath water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose size is large, pressure is high and the surface is circular, which can meet the specific requirements of large mechanical and electrical equipments, especially the high-power marine propulsion system.
