Currently, small and medium-sized water lubricated rubber alloy bearing has been unable to meet the requirements of bearing capacity of large mechanical and electrical equipments, especially the high-power marine propulsion system. Small and medium-sized water lubricated rubber alloy bearings generally use integral type, however, if the large water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose size of shaft diameter is greater than 300 millimeter  uses this structure type, it will produce many problems in the aspect of vulcanization process such as it will produce bubbles in the process of vulcanization and the vulcanizing temperature is difficult to control, besides, large water lubricated rubber alloy bearing which uses integral type is not conducive to water lubricated rubber bearing assembly and maintenance. Therefore, the lath water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose size is large, pressure is high and the surface is circular, which can meet the specific requirements of large mechanical and electrical equipments, especially the high-power marine propulsion system.

Product Features

(1)           Using dovetail embedded structure to solve the problems of manufacturing and processing for that large size integral water lubricated rubber bearing whose shaft diameter is greater than 300 millimeter.

(2)           Using special rubber and metal, or nonmetal, the lath is molded and vulcanized by adhesive, the structure of the laths makes installation, disassembly and positioning easy, it can not only deform moderately so that reduce vibration, but also have a more high bearing capacity.

(3)           The structure design of lubricating about the special rubber alloy of laths, which makes level of special makes the lath water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose surface is circle produce elastic hydrodynamic lubrication easy, the elastic hydrodynamic lubrication forms a water film between the transmission shaft and bearings, and reduces the friction and wear, this kind of bearings has a good excretion capacity of sediment and impurities.

(4)           Using modular design, the laths are standard, which is conducive to the maintenance of lath water lubricated rubber alloy bearing whose surface is circle and reducing maintenance time.

(5)           The material of shaft sleeve is bronze. Shaft sleeve and laths constitute friction pair whose friction coefficient is small; Shaft sleeve is mounted on the shaft, it can protect the shaft and make replacement easy without replacing the entire shaft.
