“Chongqing mechanical and electrical transmission and intelligent control engineering technology research center” established in 2006 approved by Chongqing Science and Technology Commission.The center is supported by Chongqing University,and the main responsible department of the center are Chongqing Benteng Technology Development Co.,Ltd, China Shipbuilding Industry.Chongqing shipbuilding Industry Corporation and so on. The center is closely combined with the requirement of Chongqing and nation, aims at the international mechanical engineering and related technology development frontier, bases on the early solid research of the supporting institution, mainly aims at the existing common and key technology issues about robots, advanced manufacturing, ships, aviation, aerospace and defense weapons and other important mechanical and electrical engineering equipment,to research and development at innovation design theory and method of high-performance mechanical&electrical transmission system and the engineering technology of green and intelligent advanced equipment industrialization such as high precision, high reliability, long-life, high torque, low-energy, minute extension, light weight, maintenance-free and so on. The center carries on cooperation and innovation and engineering transformation of scientific and technological achievements of independent intellectual property rights on the field of high-performance mechanical&electrical transmission and intelligent control,and provides technical support and services for the society in this field.
