Chongqing Benteng Technology Co., Ltd. developed a highly reliable and low noise water lubricated ship propulsion system integrated performance test platforms, cooperated with State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission, Chongqing University. This test platforms has applied and obtained relevant 13 national authority patents (ZL200810070089.3, ZL201010596565. 2, ZL201110277791.9, etc.). It combines mechanical engineering with related disciplines forefront of the development, and is main for medium-sized ship propulsion system which oil leak contaminated rivers, lakes, water, and the environment is becoming increasingly serious. Especially medium-sized ship propulsion systems and defense weapons or other important equipment in China urgent need to address noise and vibration reduction, safety, reliability or another common and key issues.
The platform is mainly used to reveal dynamic behavior of ship propulsion system in exceptional and extreme environmental, and to study the mechanical properties of high-performance bearing water lubricated rubber alloy, tribology, interface mechanics, dynamics and reliability, such as multidisciplinary complex coupling relationship. It is also used to study the high / low speed and heavy load conditions alternating water lubricated rubber alloy bearing system dynamics mixed lubrication and performance optimization, to study the multi-field coupling condition large size multi-media high key issues rubber alloy bearing innovative design theory, method and technology than pressurized water lubrication. It provides experimental study conditions to explore with noise and vibration reduction, safety, reliability, energy conservation and other high performance water-lubricated ship propulsion system.

4 Maximum dynamic test force 1.2 × 105N, exciting force in two perpendicular directions at different frequencies, the excitation frequency is 0.01 ~ 20Hz, supported load waveforms as sinusoid, triangle wave, square wave, random wave and external input waveform.
