High-performance mechanical and electrical transmission and driving mechanism

High-performance mechanical and electrical transmission and driving mechanism mainly  serves for high-end equipment in engineering fields such as industrial robots at home and abroad, aviation, aerospace, defense weapons engineering and so on.  And it is aim to solve the problems of high precision, high reliability, long life, high torque, low energy consumption, small volume, lightweight, low noise, no maintenance, intelligent and other common and key issues that the high performance electrical and mechanical transmission and system have.

High-performance mechanical and electrical transmission and driving mechanism takes some theories and methods of multidisciplinary design optimization such as system engineering, mechanics of materials, interfacial mechanics, tribology, dynamics and reliability to  study the transmission and serving system dynamic behavior under some coupling fields such as structure, material, load, lubrication, time, environment and so on. Besides, it puts forward the innovation design theory, method and technology of high-performance mechanical and electrical system,and it also invents and develops high-performance mechanical and electrical drive and driving mechanisms with the main intellectual property rights such as high reliable precision filter transmission and driving mechanism, the robot joint, intelligent filter driver device, high reliable precision drive device, mechanical and electrical drive based on nano surface engineering,high-performance mechanical and electrical driving mechanism.

In recent years, it takes more than ten projects in this field such as the military supporting key project, key project of national natural science funds, key technology research project in advance of national space, national defense basic scientific research project.

It has won the science and technology innovation of He Liang & He Li fund,two provincial technological invention awards and more than 20 authorized national invention patents.

The research results have been successfully applied in engineering fields such as aviation, aerospace, defense weapons; It is of great scientific significance and practical value in engineering to meet the demand for series products of reliable precision gear reducer in  engineering fields such as industrial robot and advanced manufacturing, aerospace.
