The Robot and the High-end Equipment Intelligent Integrated System Based on High Reliability and Precision DriveMechanism

For the core components of the transmission mechanism of industrial robots,the common and key technology problems, such as high accuracy, high rigidity, high reliability, long life, high torque, low energy consumption, small volume, light weight, low noise, are urgent need to be addressed.

Breaking through traditional design theories and methods of tooth meshing for the industrial robot drive mechanism such as harmonic reducer and RV reducer, conquering key core technology of  innovation design, manufacture, testing and evaluation for series of products of industrial robot high reliability and precision filtering reducer, the robot and equipment integrated innovation design theory, method and technologyis proposed based on high-performance mechanical and electrical system, and the robot and the high-end equipment intelligent integrated system based on high reliability and precision filtering driving mechanism is invented and developed. The invention won twoprovincial science and technology invention first prizesand 20 state authorized invention patents; we havesigned a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai ABB robotics divisions and the research is expected to be applied to industrial robots and high-end manufacturing equipment system; as a member of the ChongqingRobot and Intelligent Equipment IndustryDevelopment Alliance, we took participated in the China Robot Industry Promotion Matchmaking Meeting and ChongqingRobot IndustryIndustry-University-Institute-EnterpriseMatchmaking Meeting and made a deep negotiation about cooperation and development on robot core component transmission and driving mechanismwith several robot manufacturers and scientific research units. The study provides technical support for the strategy to turn Chongqing into the robot capital of the world, to greatly improve the technical level of China's high performance industrialrobot, to breakthe western developed industrial countries’ blockade and monopoly to Chinain industrial robot precision reducer products and technology, and to satisfy the great demand to intelligent integration of high reliable precision reducer robot andhigh-end equipment.
