Filtering reducer can smoothly solve the contradictory of high-reliability and high-precision and the problem of strongly nonlinear that commonly exist in transmission systems. Filter reducer makes gears have the function of adaptation and real-time adjustment by elastomer’s deformation and recovery caused by temperature and pressure, especially under the conditions of high and low temperature cycle alternatingor dynamic excitation by the spikes. Filter reducer can absorb external impact energy, relief impact load, reduce tooth root stress, make rigid impact does not occur to tooth, ensure normal gear engagementof pinion and large gear, and avoid the interference of tooth profiles, the tooth surface fatigue and wear, causing the entire transmission appear jam, stuck and other issues due to the change of gear’s temperature.
