Introduction of the filter drive mechanism For a long time, drive motor and reducer in the mechanical equipment are designed separately, so inevitablyit needs to consider the connection design between them. Using connection equipments, such as splines, coupling ,etc, makes structure more complicated, increases quantity and variety of components, decreases system reliability, expands the volume and weight, causes errors in axis, abrades transmission mechanism, and blocks the running of the mechanism. Product feature: 1) Miniaturization, high torque characteristics Under the condition of the same output torque,compared with single motor, actuators can realize small lightweight; under the same overall dimensions conditions, executive element to realize high torque, which can provide actuators of cylinder and flat hollow. 2) High stiffness characteristics(not easily affected by the change of load) Angle transmission error of driving mechanism of the gear reducer is small, with high rigid gear reducer to determine the influence of load change, therefore, even if there is load fluctuations, drive mechanism also can undertake very stable positioning of small errors (high stiffness characteristics). 3)Positioning short time (even if the moment of inertia change, it also can undertake stability control) Comparing single motor, drive mechanism in a short time of output shaft inertia is larger and numerical changes during the process of operation, drive mechanism can be stable and controlled, the shorter positioning can be obtained.
